Deposit of 30% per week (non refundable) payable within 7 days of booking. Balance (non refundable) payable 4 weeks before arrival.
We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance to cover possible cancellation of holiday. If cancellation becomes necessary please let us know immediately.
A limited number of golf buggies are available for hire at £30 per week for travel to/from the lakes.
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Please let us know before you arrive if you will require either of these items.
Electricity is supplied via £1 coin meters.
Gas (for heating and hot water) is metered and charged at the end of your stay based on usage.
A deposit of £25 is requested on arrival.
All our apartments are strictly Non-Smoking. If you wish to smoke outside please be considerate of others and do not create litter by dropping cigarette ends.
At Woodlay we provide "Pet Friendly Accommodation": Dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per week subject to:
- The animals are well behaved
- They are not allowed on furniture or beds
- They are not allowed to roam unaccompanied
- Owners clean up dogs mess
- They are not left unattended in the apartments
We can take payments over the phone by debit / credit card. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque - please make cheques payable to "Woodlay Holidays"
